Ideally located a short walk from the beach, ferry, and restaurants, this home is convenient to all the nearby attractions. Ferry service from Bay Shore lands you in the heart of the Ocean Bay Park commercial district, which gives off a bohemian and breezy vibe. Downtown Ocean Bay Park features bay-front dining, a grocery store, and a bicycle rental shop.

The kitchen features white cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. Fully equipped for your use, there is also a coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, dishware, glassware and pots & pans. The indoor dining table accommodates six guests and there is comfortable living room seating with room for the whole family to relax. The four bedrooms can easily accommodate ten people; two have queen- sized beds, and the other two each have three single beds. In addition, there are two newly renovated full bathrooms, both with spacious standing showers.

THINGS TO KNOW This home is only accessible via ferry. There are strict noise and no party restrictions at this home. If you feel this may be an issue for your group, please select a different property. Important Information

-There is a minimum age requirement to book this property. Please confirm eligibility prior to booking. -The person booking the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. -A check-in form and rental agreement may be required prior to arrival.

Supplies -Starter supplies are provided for your stay, including linens, towels, toiletries, paper products, soap, detergent, and basic kitchen essentials. Additional supplies may be needed depending on the length of your stay and are the responsibility of guests to purchase once the provided stock runs out.

General Rules -Please respect quiet hours and be considerate of neighbors at all times. -No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are permitted. -Only registered guests are permitted at the property unless otherwise approved. Unauthorized guests may result in immediate removal from the property without refund. -Smoking is prohibited inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the property may result in forfeiture of deposits, additional cleaning charges, and smoking-related fees. Improper disposal of cigarette butts may also result in additional cleaning charges. -Excessive cleaning, damages, missing items, unauthorized pets or guests, policy violations, or other issues requiring additional labor or remediation may result in additional charges depending on severity.

Check-In -Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. -Early check-ins may be available upon request and subject to availability. -Upon arrival, please inspect the property and report any concerns or damages promptly. Failure to report issues upon arrival may result in guest responsibility for unreported damages.

Check-Out -Check-out is strictly at 10:00 AM. -Approved late check-outs may be available for an additional fee. -Unauthorized late departures that impact housekeeping or scheduling may result in additional charges, including charges equivalent to an additional night’s stay where applicable.
