This apartment is more "old" Florida but with modern comforts. The nightly rate offered is a best value for your money offering. No "cleaning fee" added here!
This accommodation will provide you a clean and quaint Florida lodge feel which features original exposed rafters as your ceiling view. It's a Large Single Efficiency Apartment (approx. 490 sq feet efficiency apartment), located within a 2-apartment Duplex. The Owner is onsite in separate apartment next door.
It is a quite place but easy walk to the bars and restaurants that are all within 3-5 blocks away. Plenty of Free Parking on tropical feel property lot.
It's Approx. 2 Miles to the closest Beaches and you have easy Ride-share option instead of worrying about parking and traffic.
The Apartment is full of features to make sure you are comfortable:
Use of washer/dryer if needed, two TV's , HVAC mini split A/C-Heat, Internet, Fully equipped kitchen w/pots/dishes/flat wear. Full bathroom has enclosed shower stall, small sink and toilet along with linen closet with supplies along with plenty of towels. In the living room is one TV, sofa, table & chairs. In bedroom area behind a wall from living room: Queen size bed w/Linens, dresser, night stands, TV, additional lighting and separate work desk/chair.
Lastly, a sliding glass door leads out to back patio which has patio chairs/table for your own personal outdoor space to enjoy.
** A 10% Discount is being offered for stays of more then 7 nights.
