The backyard pool and patio are recently updated with travertine pavers and a completely renovated salt water pool with heater for those colder months. The backyard patio and pool is shared with the entire house, but it's clothing-optional as long as there are no minor guests on the premesis. It's private and chill, enjoy how you'd like.
Your space is a completely private 2-bedroom unit. The Master Bedroom is furnished with two closets and a king-sized bed. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with a small walk-in closet and a queen-sized bed. The bathroom has a shower (no tub) and a door that walks out to the patio. The kitchen has all the basics you should need for your stay. The living room is equipped with a smart TV with your favorite streaming services ready to go. It also has a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. The living room has a sliding door that opens up directly to the patio and pool.
You can go to the beach or chill in the back patio and pool in the mostly private backyard (we're working on making it 100% private). Clothing is optional as long as there are no children/minors on the property.
We just took this property through some big updates. Not all areas are flawless (yet), but we're working hard to make the space as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We just remodeled the pool and patio in the back, along with the travertine pavers and pathways. We'll be improving the landscaping, fencing, and parking area as well over time. So things may be slightly different than pictured, but it should always be a welcomed improvement or change.

Fort Lauderdale is 15 minutes south, Wilton Manors is 10 minutes south, Lauderdale By-The-Sea and great beach access are 8 minutes east. We have grocery stores just a few minutes away and great restaurants in all directions.

- This is a community space. Your 2-bedroom apartment is completely private, but the rest of the property is shared with the rest of our little community. We'll probably wave and say hello, we hope you do the same.
- Kitchen Cleanup:
- When checking out please do not leave any perishable food in the fridge.
- Please wash all dishes or put all dishes into the dishwasher and start the cycle.
- To help prevent additional cleaning fees please make sure the space is reasonably clean prior to checking out. This means discarding garbage, doing your dishes, and if you have a pet that pet hair is swept and clean.
- Pet owners: Please don't let your dog in the backyard unsupervised. Please clean up after your dog immediately, and if the cleaners require a deep-cleaning fee to remove pet hair or smell from the space that additional cleaning fee will be passed along to you.
