Hi! We are Mauricio (he/him) and Ian (he/him), and we live with our 1 year old french bulldog, Lilith (in honor of the 'first' feminist ;D) in San José, the capital. Mauricio is a 32 year-old PR Coordinator from Costa Rica, and Ian is a 28 y.o., half Mexican, half Costa Rican, Business Data Engineer. We have been together for 3 years now, and moved in together almost 2 years ago.
Since we love to host people, we prepared a room in our home to welcome people from all over the world, especially those who might be interested in exchanging life experiences and learning from each other, while also enjoying their trip to our beautiful home country. We love human interconnectivity and have a wide-ranged list of interests, such as music, data, human rights, economics, atheism, philosophy, intersectionality, languages and cultural exchange. We would love to hear about your passions and everything else you'd like to share with us. Our intention is for you to receive a taste of Costa-Rican hospitality during what we bet will not be your last time visiting.
