Toujours disposé à aider et à avoir de super discussions. L'appartement en lui-même est très bien situé, et les vues sont incomparables. Je ne peux que recommander."

Giel·5·oct.. 2020· "C'est ma deuxième fois dans ce lieu, et il reste mon premier choix quand je suis au Cap - l'emplacement est parfait, j'aime le calme pour une bonne nuit de repos et c'est aussi parfait pour regarder un film les jours de pluie. La maison est toujours parfaitement propre et rangée et Renier est un excellent hôte. Et concernant le covid19, je n'avais aucun doute sur la propreté et la sécurité."

Even the check-in was super well-organized: The host introduced us to his agent Hayley via ******** beforehand, and she reached out to us in advance to arrange a smooth check-in. When we arrived, she greeted us punctually at the reception, showed us the parking spot in the attached parking garage, and then took us up to the apartment.
The apartment itself, located on the 11th floor, was an absolute dream. It’s a beautiful two-story maisonette, stylishly furnished with lovely design and tasteful artwork on the walls. The highlight was definitely the two balconies with a breathtaking view of Table Mountain. Everything was spotlessly clean, the kitchen was fully equipped and brand new, so you could start cooking right away.
The location is perfect: a supermarket is just a five-minute walk away, and everything you need is within easy walking distance. Hayley was always available via ******** during our stay, giving us great tips on where to shop and even how to order pizza for our visit to Signal Hill.
The building is also secured 24/7, and the security staff were incredibly friendly, greeting us warmly every time we came in or out. Plus, all the queer-friendly spots are right around the corner, making the location absolutely ideal.
In short, we can highly recommend this place!"

Nic était très communicatif et a fourni des instructions détaillées sur la façon d'accéder à son lieu. La piscine à proximité était aussi relaxante pendant les journées chaudes et ensoleillées que j'ai passées au Cap."

Cedric ·5·avril. 2026· "Ce fut un superbe séjour. Thinus et son ami sont adorables à souhait, super accueillant et d'une authenticité rare. Ils aiment leur ville, Cape Town, ça se voit et ça se sent. Ils n'hésitent pas à partager plusieurs conseils et vous invitent même à se joindre à eux pour un repas barbecue ou une excursion découverte. Vraiment on sent la générosité et la simplicité de l'Afrique du Sud. L'appartement est super. Propre chaleureux et hyper bien situé en bord de mer. Il est aussi proche de toutes commodités à pied (rue principale) ou en uber.
Je recommande à 1000% et n'hésiterais pas pour mon prochain séjour."

Jon·5·mars. 2026· "These are bold statements - ‘beautifully decorated’ & ‘stunning ocean views from every room’ ! And I can now confirm that they’re 100% true ! This really is a first class listing across the piece - location, contemporary style, comfort...all from a Host who appreciates what it is to be a traveller looking for a relaxed vibe and the warmest of welcomes. Just up from the Seapoint action with its super array of retail outlets, bars & restaurants, you look from one window and there, out in front of you is Robben Island. From another, it seems that you could reach out and touch the descending paragliders who’ve moments earlier, taken off from Signal Hill ; the imposing Lions Head is ‘just there’. Literally stunning ! And opening the bedroom window in the morning was notable for the immediacy of the salt air flowing in. The Park Lane building on High Level Road is a safe and secure site and the apartment sits behind its gates ; on-street parking is easy. Jeff purchased and renovated his home in recent years and the standard of finish is of the highest order. My room was super comfortable and the apartment generally flows extremely well and the kit out just works ! Jeff is a thoroughly likeable New Jersey guy. He’s successful and go-getting but alongside ambition & drive, there’s an authenticity and generosity at play. He cares. And in clicking, we had some greatly stimulating and insightful conversation over a tasty Thai dinner and a few glasses of ‘the best of Babylonstoren vineyard offerings’ ! A strong recommendation. "
