A beautiful countryside home, ideal for families or couples, with a unique view of the Pagasetic Gulf. Located in the traditional and preserved settlement of Milies, Pelion, just a 10-minute walk from the village’s central square and 1 minute from the traditional bakery. The house features a cosy living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and two comfortable bedrooms. One with a double bed and one with a single bed, making it ideal for couples, families, or small groups. The bathroom includes a bathtub, and the sofa in the living room can accommodate one additional guest (mattress size: 180 x 60 cm), which is perfect for a child.

For your comfort, the house offers central heating, as well as a Smart TV with paid channels available free of charge.

Step outside to enjoy the spacious patio and private balcony, perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee or winding down in the evening with a glass of wine.

Pets are welcome, so you don’t have to leave your beloved companion behind. They’re part of the experience too! Only one pet is allowed, and there is an extra fee.
