Welcome to Take It Easy, an intimate studio designed for simple, laid-back stays near Wilton Manors. Located on a canal-front multifamily property, your studio is completely private while the pool, canal-front area, and outdoor spaces are shared with guests staying in the other accommodations. Inside, colorful details and a thoughtfully arranged layout make the most of the cozy footprint, creating an easy home base for solo travelers or couples. STUDIO & SLEEPING AREA Take It Easy is a compact studio, meaning the sleeping and living spaces are combined into one open room rather than separated by walls. A comfortable queen bed faces the Smart TV, making it easy to wind down with your favorite show at the end of the day. A lounge chair provides another cozy spot for reading, scrolling, or enjoying your morning coffee. A dining table doubles as a convenient workspace for meals, checking emails, or planning the day ahead.

KITCHENETTE The kitchenette is equipped with the essentials for simple meals and snacks, including a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, and Keurig coffee station. Whether you’re putting together breakfast before heading out or reheating takeout from a nearby restaurant, the setup gives you the basics you need without taking away from the studio’s living space.

BATHROOM The studio includes one private bathroom with a walk-in shower and the everyday essentials you need to refresh before heading out or unwind at the end of the day.

SHARED POOL, CANAL & OUTDOOR SPACE Step outside and you’ll have access to the property’s shared pool, canal-front setting, and tropical outdoor areas. Take a swim, relax outside with a drink, or spend some time by the canal enjoying the breeze off the water. Please note that the pool, canal-front area, and outdoor spaces are shared with guests staying in the other accommodations on the property. You should expect to occasionally see or interact with other guests while enjoying these spaces. The interior of Take It Easy is completely private to your reservation. Only the outdoor amenities and common exterior areas are shared.

LOCATION Take It Easy puts you just minutes from Wilton Manors, Fort Lauderdale Beach, downtown Fort Lauderdale, restaurants, nightlife, shopping, and other local favorites. If you’re looking for an intimate space with a convenient location and would rather spend your trip exploring South Florida or relaxing by the pool than have excess square footage, Take It Easy keeps things simple, comfortable, and easygoing.

GOOD TO KNOW

Multifamily Property & Shared Amenities: Take It Easy is one of several separate guest accommodations located on the same multifamily property. The interior of your studio is completely private and exclusively for your reservation; however, the pool, canal-front area, and outdoor spaces are shared with guests staying in the other units.

Neighboring Units & Noise: Take It Easy has neighboring guest accommodations beside the studio. You may occasionally hear normal residential sounds such as voices, footsteps, doors, or movement from nearby units and shared outdoor areas. If you are a particularly light sleeper or highly sensitive to neighboring noise, this property may not be the best fit for your stay.

Pool Service: The pool is professionally serviced 1–2 times per week to maintain water quality and cleanliness. A technician may briefly access the shared outdoor areas during your stay to complete routine service.

Mature Trees & Pool Debris: The property is surrounded by beautiful mature trees and tropical landscaping, so you may occasionally notice leaves or other natural debris in the pool between professional services. This is a normal part of the outdoor environment and does not affect the cleanliness or safety of the pool.

Canal-Front & Tropical Environment: Take It Easy is located directly along a South Florida canal and surrounded by tropical landscaping. Insects, lizards, and other small wildlife are a natural part of this environment and may occasionally be seen despite regular professional pest control.

Humidity & Environmental Odors: As with many older canal-front properties in South Florida, occasional odors related to humidity, weather, or the surrounding environment may be noticeable, particularly during warmer months.

Pets: Pets are welcome for a $90 fee per pet. Please keep pets leashed whenever they are in the shared outdoor areas and pick up after your pet throughout the property.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: Early check-in and late check-out may be available for $25 per hour, subject to availability. Because availability depends on our cleaning and reservation schedule, we typically cannot confirm these requests until the day of arrival or departure.

Luggage Drop-Off: Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate luggage drop-offs or storage outside of your confirmed check-in and check-out times.
