Welcome to Casablanca, a meticulously designed two-story home just a short walk from the energy of Calle Ocho in the heart of Miami. With four bedrooms, multiple living spaces, a designer kitchen, and two dedicated on-property parking spaces—a valuable convenience in this busy central neighborhood—Casablanca pairs architectural character with the space and comfort to settle in and enjoy the city. MAIN FLOOR

LIVING ROOM Step through the front door into a beautiful foyer with hand-crafted tile flooring and large windows that fill the space with natural light. The foyer opens into an inviting living room centered around a striking indoor fireplace. A plush sofa and comfortable armchairs create a warm gathering space for conversation, relaxing after a day exploring Miami, or enjoying a quiet evening at home. A convenient powder room is located just off the main living area.

KITCHEN & DINING The expansive designer kitchen is one of the highlights of Casablanca. Built-in appliances, generous counter space, abundant natural light, and a fully equipped setup make it equally comfortable for quick breakfasts, dinners at home, or preparing a special meal together. A substantial wood dining table anchors the adjoining dining area, creating plenty of room for shared meals and long evenings around the table.

BEDROOM 1 Located on the main floor, this guest bedroom features a full bed with a full bathroom located nearby. Its ground-floor location makes it a convenient option for guests who prefer to minimize the use of stairs.

UPSTAIRS

PRIMARY BEDROOM The primary suite is a spacious private retreat featuring a king bed, large walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom. The spa-like bathroom includes a soaking bathtub and separate walk-in shower, giving you plenty of space to slow down and unwind. The primary suite also has access to a small private balcony where you can step outside and enjoy the Miami air.

BEDROOM 3 The third bedroom features a queen bed and shares a full hallway bathroom with the neighboring guest bedroom.

BEDROOM 4 The fourth bedroom features a queen day bed and shares the full hallway bathroom.

UPSTAIRS LOUNGE & BALCONY A spacious second living area upstairs gives your group another place to spread out and relax. The lounge features comfortable seating and opens onto a furnished balcony overlooking the surrounding Calle Ocho neighborhood. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee outside or relaxing upstairs before heading out for the evening, the additional lounge gives larger groups valuable space beyond the home’s main living room.

PARKING Casablanca includes two dedicated on-property parking spaces exclusively for your reservation. Parking can be difficult to find in this part of Miami, particularly around Calle Ocho, so having two spaces directly at the property is a significant convenience. If your group will be arriving with more than two vehicles, please plan for alternative off-property parking in advance, as additional on-site parking is not available.

With Calle Ocho just a short walk away, Casablanca puts you close to some of Miami’s most iconic restaurants, cafés, bars, shops, and cultural landmarks while giving you a spacious and thoughtfully designed home to return to.

GOOD TO KNOW

Rear Apartment: There is a separate, tenant-occupied apartment located at the rear of the property. The apartment is independent from Casablanca, and the tenant uses a dedicated walkway along the side of the house to enter and exit. The main home is completely private to your reservation; however, you may occasionally see the tenant using the designated exterior walkway.

Parking: Two dedicated on-property parking spaces are included with your stay. Additional on-site parking is not available, and street or public parking in the surrounding Calle Ocho area can be limited. Groups traveling with more than two vehicles should make alternative parking arrangements in advance.

City Location & Noise: Casablanca is located in a lively, central Miami neighborhood just steps from Calle Ocho. Its walkable location is one of the home’s highlights, but guests should also expect the normal sounds of city living from time to time.

Stairs: Casablanca is a two-story home. The primary suite, two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, and the second lounge are located upstairs and require stairs to access. One bedroom and a full bathroom are available on the main floor.

Tropical Environment: South Florida’s warm climate means you may occasionally encounter insects, lizards, or other small wildlife, even with regular professional pest control. If you notice anything that needs attention during your stay, please let us know so we can take care of it promptly.

Pets: Pets are welcome for a $150 fee per pet. Please keep pets leashed when outside the home and pick up after your pet.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: Early check-in and late check-out may be available for $35 per hour, subject to availability. Because availability depends on our cleaning and reservation schedule, we typically cannot confirm these requests until the day of arrival or departure.

Luggage Drop-Off: Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate luggage drop-offs or storage outside of your confirmed check-in and check-out times.
