Stay in style at this 2BR/2BA retreat in the heart of downtown Sacramento. Just minutes from iconic spots like the California State Capitol, Old Sacramento Waterfront, and the California State Railroad Museum, you’ll be perfectly positioned to explore the city’s history, dining, and nightlife. Enjoy easy access to K Street’s vibrant shopping and entertainment scene, nearby parks, and major hospitals—all right at your doorstep. This is a 2 bedroom with 2 full bathroom unit. We have a full sized bed in the front room and a queen sized bed in the 2nd bedroom. It has a kitchen and this home doesn't have a dedicated parking space. Overnight parking is completely fine infront of the home. However, there is a 2-hour parking limit from 8AM-10PM except SAT & SUN. If it is necessary for you to park longer during these hours, the nearest paid public parking is available at 1200 F St, Sacramento, CA 95814 (Cross streets of Fat Alley and 12th St) Please be advised that the neighbor has a dog. There is no washer/dryer This is an upstairs unit. Guests would need to climb the stairs to reach their unit. This home also doesn't have a dedicated parking space. The other unit/s may also be occupied at the same time. Please be mindful of any excessive noise during quiet hours. If this is something you're not comfortable with, please reconsider booking with us.
