And after a gorgeous day on the sand, walk over to Hideaway for dinner and drinks on the bay.

After a fun day out and about, rinse off any residual sand in the outdoor shower and return to a relaxing and serene hideaway. The designer interior features an open-concept living space illuminated by abundant natural lighting. Enjoy the coolness of the central air-conditioning as you lounge comfortably on the new furniture to watch your favorite streaming service on the TV there. A bonus flex space features gorgeous custom built-in seating and a table perfect for remote work.

The group chef will adore the newly renovated and spacious kitchen, as well as its new appliances. Keep the chef company at the center island, then gather for memorable meals in the stylish dining room. Better yet, take the food to the furnished deck and dine alfresco as you gaze at the nearby greenery. As your day winds a close, take refuge in one of the plush beds. The primary suite is especially enticing, in large part thanks to the brand-new ensuite, which features a roomy walk-in shower.

You won't find many cottages like this on Fire Island and after staying here, you won't want to leave!

Things to Know Streaming services are available with guests' own account(s). A green cage wagon is available for use. No cars are allowed on the island.

Additional supplies may be needed depending on the length of your stay and are the responsibility of guests to purchase once the provided stock runs out.

Unauthorized guests may result in immediate removal from the property without refund. -Smoking is prohibited inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the property may result in forfeiture of deposits, additional cleaning charges, and smoking-related fees. Improper disposal of cigarette butts may also result in additional cleaning charges. -Excessive cleaning, damages, missing items, unauthorized pets or guests, policy violations, or other issues requiring additional labor or remediation may result in additional charges depending on severity.

Check-In -Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. -Early check-ins may be available upon request and subject to availability. -Upon arrival, please inspect the property and report any concerns or damages promptly. Failure to report issues upon arrival may result in guest responsibility for unreported damages.

Check-Out -Check-out is strictly at 10:00 AM. -Approved late check-outs may be available for an additional fee. -Unauthorized late departures that impact housekeeping or scheduling may result in additional charges, including charges equivalent to an additional night’s stay where applicable.
