This first-floor 2-bedroom apartment offers easy access with no stairs, making arrival and daily movement convenient. Inside, you’ll find two queen beds, one full bathroom, a full kitchen, and a practical layout for couples, friends, or small families.

A great home base for guests who want to walk to restaurants, bars, shops, attractions, and nearby beach areas while still having a cozy place to relax after a day out in San Juan.

Please note that this apartment is located in an older building from the 1950s, which is part of its charm and classic San Juan style. Because the plumbing is older, we kindly ask guests to avoid flushing large amounts of toilet paper at once. Please do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine products, or anything other than toilet paper, as this can damage the toilet or plumbing system. This property offers self check-in. Full check-in instructions will be sent through the platform inbox 24 hours before your reservation.

Please note that Puerto Rico may occasionally experience water or electricity interruptions due to island-wide infrastructure issues outside our control. These situations can affect everyone, including residents, hotels, long-term rentals, short-term rentals, restaurants, and local businesses.

We want to be 100% transparent before you book so you understand that these situations, while not always common, may happen during your stay. In some cases, a water or power interruption can also affect the cleaning process, preparation time, Wi-Fi, A/C, or other services that depend on utilities.

Our team will always do everything possible to communicate with the appropriate utility agencies, provide updates, and help restore normal conditions as quickly as possible. However, these service interruptions are not caused by the property and are not fully within our control.
