## Pool-Cuzzi Rules

For your safety and to help maintain the area in good condition, please follow these rules:

1. Food and drinks are not allowed in the Pool-Cuzzi area. 2. Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 3. Running, rough play, or dangerous games are not allowed. 4. Diving or jumping into the water is not allowed. 5. Do not stand, sit, or climb on the edge of the Pool-Cuzzi. 6. Please use extra caution when going up or down the Pool-Cuzzi ladder. 7. Use of the Pool-Cuzzi is at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. 8. Glass containers are not allowed in or around the Pool-Cuzzi area.

## Important Notice

Please note that our pool maintenance technician visits every Wednesday between **10:00 AM and 11:30 AM** to clean and maintain the Pool-Cuzzi. During this time, our team will need access to the property in order to reach the pool area and complete the scheduled maintenance.

This is a residential property, and we kindly ask guests to respect the area and the neighbors during their stay.

You may occasionally see cats near the pool area or on the roof of the building. They are harmless, and we do our best to keep them away from the property, but because they are part of the surrounding neighborhood, we cannot fully control their presence.

We take pool cleanliness and maintenance seriously so guests can enjoy the private Pool-Cuzzi in the best possible condition. Our Maintenance is every Wednesday from 10AM-12PM approximately. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Before completing your reservation, please review the information below carefully. These guidelines are designed to provide transparency and help us properly assist you during your stay.

1. Nature of the Property

Our properties are privately owned homes located in residential buildings or communities. They are not hotels or hostels.

We kindly ask all guests to respect neighbors, quiet hours, community rules, shared areas, and the residential character of the property at all times.

2. Electricity, Water & Local Infrastructure

Puerto Rico may occasionally experience temporary electricity, water, internet, or utility interruptions due to circumstances outside our control, including public service issues, weather, or island-wide infrastructure conditions.

If this happens, our team will do its best to provide updates and assist whenever possible. After service is restored, Wi-Fi, A/C, or some appliances may take additional time to fully restart.

3. Appliances & Equipment

The apartment and equipment are inspected and maintained regularly. However, appliances may occasionally be affected by normal use, maintenance needs, voltage fluctuations, or utility interruptions.

If any appliance or equipment issue occurs, please notify us through the platform messaging system as soon as possible and provide clear photos or videos when appropriate.

Our team must be given a reasonable opportunity to verify the issue, coordinate access if needed, and make reasonable efforts to resolve the situation during the stay.

4. Cleanliness & Arrival Condition

The property is professionally cleaned and prepared before each arrival.

Any concern related to cleanliness, towels, linens, bedding, or the arrival condition of the apartment must be reported through the platform messaging system as soon as possible after check-in, with clear photo or video evidence.

Prompt reporting allows our team to verify the concern and correct it during the stay. Concerns reported late, after checkout, without supporting evidence, or without allowing our team the opportunity to resolve the matter may limit our ability to properly verify or address the issue.

5. Towels, Linens & Sustainability

The property is prepared with towels and linens according to the reservation details.

Additional towels or bed linens are not automatically provided unless previously approved. We are a sustainability-focused company and encourage responsible use of water, electricity, towels, linens, and household resources.

Guests are responsible for taking proper care of towels, linens, furniture, appliances, and all items inside the apartment. Damaged, heavily stained, missing, or misused items may be reviewed through the platform’s resolution process.

6. Communication & Resolution

For quality assurance and proper documentation, all communication must take place through the platform messaging system.

Our team does not manage phone calls during reservations. Messaging through the platform is the official and fastest way for our team to assist, document requests, and follow up on any situation.

We kindly ask guests to report any concerns promptly so our team can review, assist, and resolve the situation during the stay.

7. Maintenance Access

If maintenance, repairs, inspections, safety concerns, or urgent property matters require access during the stay, guests agree to allow reasonable access to the apartment.

Whenever possible, we will notify guests in advance and coordinate timing to minimize disruption.

Refusing reasonable access may limit our ability to resolve reported issues and prevent further damage.
