Outside, the private pool and spa are yours for the duration - surrounded by outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill, with plenty of room to lounge or host an evening cookout under the Florida sky.

Kitchen & dining The fully equipped kitchen covers everything from early morning coffee to full group dinners. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, and wine glasses - along with cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and a dining table for the whole group.

Sleeping arrangements Across six bedrooms, the home accommodates a variety of group configurations. The primary suite on the upper level features a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with bathtub, and a calm, restful atmosphere. Orlando International Airport is approximately 27 miles away.

Good to know Check-in is from 4 PM; checkout by 10 AM. The home uses a smart lock for self check-in. Initial supplies are provided - including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels - though longer stays will likely require restocking. Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $35 per day; please request it at least 48-72 hours before your stay begins. Free parking is available in the garage on-site. Guests will be provided with check-in instructions 24 hours prior to the check-in. The home has an electric lock and you will be provided with a unique code which will be valid for the duration of your stay.
