Built around the preserved ruins of an 18th-century building, this impeccably designed home sits on a lush garden lot and features two spacious terraces—perfect for soaking in the magic of Centro. Inside, the expansive central living and dining area includes an elevated double-height brick boveda ceiling, a skylight that fills the space with natural light, and a cozy fireplace. Each of the three bedrooms includes a private ensuite bathroom, complete with luxury hotel-quality bedding for comfort and premium bathroom soaps and essentials.

The crown jewel is the private rooftop terrace, accessed via a retractable glass ceiling. Here, you’ll find breathtaking views of San Miguel’s historic skyline and sweeping countryside sunsets. The newly renovated rooftop kitchen is equipped with a grill, refrigerator, and sink, while the adjoining lounge area—surrounded by built-in benches, a fire feature, and vibrant plants—creates an intimate retreat. Seasonal fruit trees, including lime, offer fresh flavor for your rooftop margaritas. Guests will have access to the entire house. Private accommodations for you and your group.
