If it turns out that smoking was taking place in the property during the time you were renting it, you will be charged $300 in penalties.

Minimum age: The minimum age for guests listed on the reservation is 24. By making a reservation, you ******** that you are at least 24 years old and that you are legally able and authorized to do so. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.

Check-in / Check-out: The check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am respectively. Requests for early check-ins and late checkouts can be made up to one day in advance and are subject to availability.

Gatherings: Although we are aware that you are visiting Radnor to enjoy a good time, this property has a strict "No Party" policy out of consideration for the other renters and nearby residents, you will be staying in a quite residential neighborhood. Parties are not tolerated and will incur a $500 fine plus eviction. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Guests will have full access to the home.
