Welcome to Fishtown! 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home in the heart of Fishtown. Freshly rehabbed and all new. Game room in the finished basement, great patio area, smart tvs in both bedrooms and living room, fast wifi, cooking utensils and dinnerware included, quiet block, just a short walk to all the action- Casino, live music, restaurants, bars, breweries, waterfront, public transportation, jogging and biking trail, major roadways, shopping, and entertainment. Central A/C and comfy beds!
It is highly recommended that guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergency/bad weather etc. as NO REFUNDS/EXCEPTIONS outside of our stated cancellation policy will be given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area. Please check what your credit card covers. You can also visit the Insure My Trip website for insurance options.

We are Gabe and Jon, great friends and Philadelphia natives.
We both spend a lot of time traveling and love meeting new people from all walks of life and different cultures. When at home in Philly we are always on the lookout for new restaurants and bars to try out, hitting Sixers, Eagles, Flyers, and Phillies games, and exploring some new and ever-changing neighborhoods in our city. Since we caught the travel bug, we have started hosting great guests and getting to know new friends from all over the world.

HOUSE RULES 1) No smoking inside the house of any kind. -$250 fine if detected. 2)We are not accepting reservations from local residents at this time, we reserve the right to immediately cancel any reservations from local resident. 3)No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $200 fine per person if detected. 4)Please remove shoes 5)Quiet hours from 9pm to 8am(50 decibels). i) We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property If our exterior ring cameras and/or noise monitors alert us that more than the stated number of guests are on premises or a noise disturbance has occurred, we reserve the right to cancel any existing reservation immediately 6)You must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file. 7)We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion. 8)Unfortunately, we do not allow late checkout to respect our cleaner's schedules. A fine of 50% of the upcoming night's stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time. Any checkout beyond 2 hours late will be charged at 2x the upcoming night's stay. 9)Please let us know if something needs our attention at check-in, or any time during your stay. If we don't know about it, we can't fix it! =) 10)Powder room sink on first floor is very tiny, please only turn on faucet very lightly or water will splash all over.
