Whether you’re here for wine tasting, a family getaway, a romantic retreat, or just some well-deserved downtime by the lake, Katie’s Cottage is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and make lasting memories. Guests have full private access to the entire home, indoor and outdoor areas. Easy self-check-in provided. Located in a peaceful lakeside community with both vacation homes and full-time residents. Please respect quiet hours between 10 PM – 7 AM as required by local ordinance. A car is highly recommended for exploring the area. Private taxis/car services and private wine tours are available. ➡ Please note: We provide cooking basics, with the exception of oil at this time—it will be included in the future. ➡ A Pack ’n Play is available BY REQUEST ONLY and provided free of charge. Please let us know in advance if you’d like one so we can have it ready for your arrival. ➡ No Smoking Indoors – Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Outdoor smoking is allowed but must be done away from the house and disposed of responsibly. ➡ Guest Agreement Required – All guests must sign Get RED-y Vacations’ rental agreement prior to check-in. ➡ Boat Docking Not Allowed – Guests are welcome to dock boats at the property's private dock during the day only but not allowed to park overnight ➡ Use Amenities at Your Own Risk – The fire pit, hot tub, theater room, and game room are available for guest use but must be used responsibly and at your own risk. ➡ Railroad Crossing – To access the property, you must cross active railroad tracks. There are no gates or flashing lights, and trains may pass at any time. Please use caution and look both ways before crossing. ➡ Camera at the property entrance for your safety ➡ Some amenities may be seasonal and availability can vary depending on weather and time of year.
