Thomas·4·avril. 2026· "While the name cites Durham first, it's actually much closer to Chapel Hill. The UNC-CH campus is just a 10 minute drive away, making it very convenient for events there. This hotel is comparable to a Holiday Inn Express: basically a simple, comfortable place to watch TV, sleep, and have breakfast before you leave. The only major amenity is an outdoor pool that hasn't been filled yet. I didn't see their 'fitness center' and cannot comment. As for their affiliation with MisterB&B: that was a 'nice to know' which I appreciated for spending my money at supportive businesses. Regarding any gay interests: I did observe one drop-dead-gorgeous, 6'6" muscle hunk who *truly* needed servicing. Alas, he was accompanied by his wife and kids, in the very busy breakfast area that was barely large enough to accompany the bustling morning rush. My 3 night stay cost $525 -- rather pricey as things go! Hotels anywhere, especially in college towns, have highly variable rates that are dictated by demand. My visit coincided with 2 sellout performances with the 'Savannah Bananas' which likely jacked the rate up. "

Roger·5·juin. 2024· "L'appartement nous a bien servi. C'est une grande maison avec trois appartements séparés dans une jolie rue bordée d'arbres près de Duke, ce qui facilite l'accès aux événements du Festival de danse américaine que nous sommes venus voir. Le lit était confortable pour nous deux, cuisine complète bien que nous ne l'ayons pas beaucoup utilisée, et très propre, bien que plutôt dépourvu de décor. Les serrures numériques à l'entrée de l'immeuble et de l'appartement étaient faciles à naviguer, mais nous sommes à l'ancienne et préférons une arrivée plus personnelle. Un problème malheureusement survenu avec la communication et la facturation, nous recommandons donc d'avoir au moins un contact personnel par ******** ou téléphone avec les hôtes avant la venue."
