Hey there! - I run the 'Queer Lisbon' afternoon tour that takes you round the gay neighbourhoods, passes all the bars/clubs, and gives you insights into the fascinating, scandalous (sometimes bizarre) queer history of Lisbon!
I’ve been visiting Lisbon for over 30 years and have a Master’s in Queer Cultural Studies. I bring the fun stories of queer history to life as we visit the sights, hear stories from queer life in Portugal, and we tour the modern gay scene venues at the same time! I also publish 'The LONG LIST': 32-pages of recommendations on Lisbon’s LGBTQ scene/community, written by locals and updated monthly.
I love to introduce people to this fantastic city - telling you stories and anecdotes that bring Lisbon's amazing queer history to life and introducing you to all the main gay bars/clubs so that you know where to go, what time places get busy (and how to get home after😊).
