Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. * Silence from 10pm till 8am. No external sound systems, amplifiers, etc. are allowed. * No visitors accepted. You can register up to the maximum capacity as guests. * A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in * At check-in, everything is in very good shape. You must inform of any irregularity or details in the first 24 hours * Only listed guests can sleep over * Intended use is residential only * Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected * Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra * We are not responsible for third-party outages such as water, electricity, cable, internet, nor building facilities closed temporarily for causes outside of our control. * Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged * Building distributes one card per approved guest that must be presented every time at entrance. Agreement to be signed, penalty if lost. * Returning the keys with delay at check-out without our prior approval can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent * Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of ********, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
