You must inform of any irregularity or details in the first 24 hours * Children from 0 to 12 years old are not allowed in the property * No visitors allowed * Only listed guests can sleep over * Intended use is residential only * Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden * Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected * No external sound systems, amplifiers, etc. are allowed. * We are not responsible for third-party outages such as water, electricity, cable, internet * Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra * Returning the keys with delay at check-out without our prior approval can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent * Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of ********, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
