House for vacation, in Setiba, with an exclusive panorama, immersed in nature, facing Setiba Pinha beach, and surrounded on both sides and behind the Mirante de Setiba nature reserve. There are two floors - 200 MT - exclusively for guests, with a swimming pool, a barbecue area of 100 MT, an outdoor shower, 5 bedrooms and 13 beds, one of which is a master suite, one is a Canadian/American suite, one is a large bedroom with a home office area, a living room with an adjoining dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen with household appliances, 4 bathrooms (3 with showers on the second floor), a balcony on the second floor, and a terrace/lounge on the second floor, both overlooking the sea and the swimming pool. 16 guests including children (except New Year's Eve and Carnival, package for up to 20 people including children) PETS friends welcome 5 parking spaces, 2 of which are closed and covered garages, and 3 parking spaces in front of the house.
