Entire unit is non smoking room , but at my balcony I have display the ashtray , when you need . You are able to access entire unit of my apartment so you do not need to worry to share with any other guests

House comes with: + Fridge, microwave + Hair dryer + AC/heater + Washing machine + Towels + Gas stove, cooking tools, washing detergent, and body wash/shampoo/conditioner + coffee All the restaurant , Convenience store are near by. Very accessible with the tram at the foot of the building. Around 5 mins walk to the Peace Park 15 mins walk to the late night area Convenience store, restaurants ,sopping street , street car station , Super market are all next to my apartment All the restaurant , Convenience store are near by. The futon(on the sofa bed) are self-service, all the settings are in the storage/ shelf, with English label on it, clean bed sheets, pillow cover, futon mat, these are real Japanese style, it's super simple you can set up in 2 mins.

In my apartment, offer with 1 heater, plus each room offer with air-conditioning which provide heating and cooling air depending on your need. Surely to keep the best comfortable temperature during your stay

Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number.

So please send me your passport copy after your reservation is confirmed .

My apartment and the building is protected with CCTV/ Security Camera for safety & protection of all my guest. This also serve as my guide when you do self check in. Please be aware and be guided accordingly.

It is a requirement for all hotel and short term rental license for each host.
