Sweet House (Near Seoul Station)

Ian's place is a great location walkable to Seoul station and well connected to get anywhere in the city. It's quiet, plenty of space to spread out the suitcases, and makes for a great home away from home. I highly recommend!

I stayed with Ian for three weeks and really loved the experience. It started to feel like home. The room was large and super comfortable, with plenty of space to work, organize my clothes, and settle in. Having the kitchen and laundry available was also great for a longer stay. The best part was getting to know Ian and having a much more local experience in Seoul. Staying with him helped me connect with everyday Korean life in a way I wouldn't have experienced staying in a hotel or on my own. By the end of the three weeks, I didn't want to leave. I had become so comfortable there that it felt much more like living in Seoul than visiting Seoul. I'd absolutely stay with Ian again.

I had a wonderful stay here. The room and flat was very cozy. I found the bed super comfortable. Ian was fabulous and very accommodating. When I return to Seoul, I will stay there again. The location was great too.

Ian is a very nice person. Communication with him before arrival was very smooth, which made his apartment easy to find. Since the door uses a code, I could arrive at any time of the day. The apartment is conveniently located close the the railway station. Unfortunately he was very busy those two days; I wish we had more time to chat.

Ian is really warm welcome host! Location is really convenient to everywhere. Even Itaewon which is gay area. His room is really clean. Comfy bed and yes I did laundry! We spend time for dinner together to know each other more. Sadly I just stayed for 2 nights. If I go back Seoul I will 100% stay with Ian.

Ian's Sweet House exceeded all expectations! The location near Seoul Station is unbeatable — easy access to the AREX airport train, subway lines, and KTX, which made getting around Seoul (and beyond) incredibly convenient. Despite being so central, the neighborhood felt quiet and comfortable. The space itself was spotless, thoughtfully laid out, and clearly cared for. Every detail felt considered, from the amenities to the little touches that made it feel like a home rather than just a place to crash. Ian was a fantastic host — responsive, warm, and full of helpful local tips that made navigating the city so much easier. If you're looking for a home base in Seoul that combines unbeatable location with genuine hospitality, look no further. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to anyone visiting the city. Thank you, Ian, for such a wonderful stay!

Ian was a great host, very welcoming and instantly you best friend in the city. The room was fantastic, I slept great! Location was central to everything, with subway just a few minutes from the apartment.

Ian was a wonderful host. He was easy to communicate with, thoughtful, and always happy to help. We had lunch together a few times, and he even went out of his way to take me to places where I could eat, keeping my dietary restrictions in mind, which I really appreciated. The apartment was very clean, organized, comfortable, and exactly as described. He also shared great recommendations that made my time in Seoul even better. I felt very welcome throughout my stay and would definitely stay here again if I'm back in Seoul. Thanks again, Ian!

The place is spacious, clean and centrally located. Ian is very friendly, helpful and easygoing, communication was quick and uncomplicated. Absolute recommendation!

If I could more than 5/5, I would with any hesitation. For a fiedt experience on MisterB&B, we could not have wished of anywhere or anyone better. Awesome location, really central if you want to move around. Ian is extremely kind, welcoming and full of advices. Would go back anytime without hesitation!
