The location near Seoul Station is unbeatable — easy access to the AREX airport train, subway lines, and KTX, which made getting around Seoul (and beyond) incredibly convenient. Despite being so central, the neighborhood felt quiet and comfortable. The space itself was spotless, thoughtfully laid out, and clearly cared for. Every detail felt considered, from the amenities to the little touches that made it feel like a home rather than just a place to crash. Ian was a fantastic host — responsive, warm, and full of helpful local tips that made navigating the city so much easier. If you're looking for a home base in Seoul that combines unbeatable location with genuine hospitality, look no further. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to anyone visiting the city. Thank you, Ian, for such a wonderful stay!"

They put very detailed sticky notes all over their home so that it makes it convenient to follow their rules or use their appliances. Although we didn't meet in person, they still followed up with me if I had any questions. I highly recommend if you're looking for a nice cute sweet warm home to stay in during your time in Seoul. Not to mention, having AC in the bedroom was a lifesaver!"

Jay·5·Oct. 2024· "Its not my first time staying in Anyang but it felt a whole new experience while staying at Jay's wonderful home. From travelling tips to restaurant suggestions - the host was extremely helpful, friendly and accomodating!! The place itself is beautifully decorated and truly feels like a home away from home. The apartment complex is a residential area meaning it was extremely peaceful and secure with the train station super close by and marts, coffee shops and various essential stores conveniently located directly downstairs. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to South Korea!!!"
