The 3rd floor has two bedrooms – one is kept locked for host use. While we may occasionally visit with prior notice, we both live elsewhere and work full-time, so it’s very rare to meet in person. Most guests enjoy the space as if it were their own home, without interruption.

Check-in is fully self-service, so you can settle in comfortably and enjoy complete privacy. We’re always happy to greet you if our schedules align – and on rare occasions share a meal – but most of the time, you’ll have the freedom to relax, work, or explore at your own pace.

Thomas and Jerome's house was definitely a sweet house indeed. They put very detailed sticky notes all over their home so that it makes it convenient to follow their rules or use their appliances. Although we didn't meet in person, they still followed up with me if I had any questions. I highly recommend if you're looking for a nice cute sweet warm home to stay in during your time in Seoul. Not to mention, having AC in the bedroom was a lifesaver!

Jerome's apartment is highly recommendable: central, easy to reach, everything you need is nearby. The roof terrace is also great. Communication with Jerome is easy, the self-check-in was extremely simple. I'll be back.

It was a pleasure having been there. It's a good location, close by foot, bus and metro to Seoul station, city hall. It's very clean, a spacious room and all you need available in the house. The host wasn't in the house, he stayed in contact. It is worth staying here.

It was easy to communicate with Jerome as he can write and speak English pretty well. He can speak some Chinese too. Locating Jerome's place was easy as well. It is between Seodaemun (Line 5) and Chungjeongno station (Line 2 and 5). (Seodaemun station is slightly nearer to his place via walking). You can easily ******** map his place and follow the main road in the map. It was a 10 to 15 mins walk from the stations. There are convenience shops and eateries along the way and near his place. So getting food was easy. If you are someone that enjoy walking, you can even stroll to Seoul station which is 20-25 mins away. Checking in was easy. You just have to follow Jerome's instructions and you can self check-in once you reach the place. Jerome's unit was big, well furnished, presentable and very clean. Everything that you need was there; TV, WIFI, towels, shower foam and shampoo, cutlery and utensil etc. There are heating system in the house and you will not feel cold in autumn and winter. Although I rented the room for 4 nights, I get to enjoy the whole place by myself. Jerome did not stay overnight as he was busy. However he did visit me and he bought me Soju! How nice! I will recommend to everyone his place and given the price, it was really value for money! Thank you for hosting me. I hope to see you again in future!
