This is a private 2-bedroom, 2-story apartment on the 2nd level of a large 3-unit DC townhouse. Beautifully appointed and spacious, there's plenty of room to spread out as needed while at the same time space for everyone in your group to gather in the living area. A desk and chair is available for those trying to get some work done or simply surf the web in a comfortable setting.

A comfy king bed awaits you in the main bedroom, with an en suite bathroom and gorgeous shower that our cleaners keep impeccably clean. While a second bedroom offers a workspace and desk, or cozy reading nook with a futon that opens up to a twin-size bed. There is an additional full bathroom on the same level that has a bathtub.

A washer and dryer are in the unit as well for your convenience should you find yourself needing to do laundry.

We are only steps away from many great bars and restaurants on 14th Street. Red Derby and Taqueria Habanero are our favorites! And Thip Khao, one of DC's most popular restaurants, is just a few blocks away. There are several small corner groceries just one or two blocks away, where you can buy snacks, grocery items, and wine. And the Columbia Heights metro, a 15-minute walk away, has everything — Target, Giant, restaurants and bars galore, FedEx, etc.

There is also a hiking path entrance to Rock Creek Park 2 blocks away from our house, just head up 16th and you will see the entrance on the west side of 16th street. It's a great path for people on foot, though it's a bit steep at first.
