The Georgia Ave–Petworth Metro Station (Green and Yellow lines) is just 0.7 miles away, about a 12-minute walk, connecting you directly to downtown DC, the National Mall, and all major attractions.

For even more convenience, bus stops are located right in front of the house, offering quick rides to the Metro and central DC.

It's about a 30-minute drive to the Reagan National Airport.

Noise Disclaimer: My neighbor holds band practice on Sundays from 4:00 to 6:00 PM in the basement area directly adjacent to the unit.

New Gate: We recently replaced the fence gate with a sturdier one, and the installer added a handle with a keypad. The keypad is currently deactivated, so you won’t need to enter any code.
