Sunset Junction! Large rebuilt craftsman house. Bedroom is on 2nd floor, with a full size bed. French doors look out onto the back yard. Lots of trees, peaceful. Down the hall we share a designed custom bathroom with a very large shower. There is also is an additional powder room (half bathroom) on the 1st floor.
(There is no working balcony for this room. It is for viewing and fresh air only)
There's a large modern kitchen that I stock with continental breakfast items for guests. It's a great space to cook or just hang out in, with french doors that lead to another huge balcony/deck where you can, BBQ, or just relax and have a cocktail before heading out into Silver Lake, Hollywood, Downtown LA, Echo Park for the nightlife, the food, and the music!

We are walking distance from the Sunset Junction that features such destinations as Cafe Intelligentsia, Cafe Stella (French Bistro), Bulan Vegan Thai, Blossom Vietnamese, The Black Cat, (American Bistro and Bar) Cafe Flore (vegan), Nature Well, Colombo coffee roasters, Sawyer (American seafood) Kombu Sushi, Kettle Black (nouveau Italian) Mhzh (Israeli Food), Millies (classic American Breakfast)
El Cid (for live music) the LA Eagle (best leather bar in Los Angeles). The Akbar, (gay bar) etc.
We're also very short cab ride to The Faultline (gay bar) Slammer (******** club) and Flex Complex (bath house). And were about 2.5 miles from the Echo Park neighborhood where there are lots more restaurants and venues to see live music For great hiking and views, visit Griffith Park, about 2 miles from the house. Hollywood is about 5 miles from the house. (Chinese Theatre, El Capitan, Hollywood & Highland Complex)
And Downtown Los Angeles is about 5 miles. You can take Uber/Lyft, or the Red Line Subway to Metro Center or Pershing Square. There are many things to do Downtown. Disney Concert Hall, The Broad Museum, MOCA, Little Tokyo, The Arts District. LA Live, etc. I recommend doing some research on Downtown LA.
We're about 8 miles from West Hollywood (Boys Town) and lastly we're about 15 miles from the beach. (Santa Monica and Venice)

Pretty relaxed here. We keep the noise low on the weeknights and the kitchen is closed from 11pm till 8am. Smoking is permitted OUTSIDE ONLY, on the balconies.
SILICON BASED LUBRICANTS ARE PROHIBITED. They permanently stain the sheets, carpet, and even the furniture. It costs $120 to replace sheets stained by silicon based lubricant. But not to worry, there is there is a store called Rough Trade located about 3 blocks walk from the house. They sell all kinds of WATER BASED lubricant, as well as poppers, toys, leather clothing and accessories.
Sorry but we are not able to host pets or children.
