A quick note: If you are new to Misterbandb and just are inquiring, that is fine, just make sure that you have filled out your bio completely with some photos and you have been verified. We are sure you will understand. You will have no reviews and hosts like to know who is visiting their home.

Location: Our home is a private hideaway on a cul de sac - centrally located in Valley Glen, a suburb of Los Angeles, CA. It is private and intimate. We are only 4 miles West from the “Bob Hope” Burbank - Hollywood Airport. Very convenient. We are 18 miles North East from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). We are only 4 miles East of the Van Nuys Flyaway terminal at the Van Nuys Airport. Money saving tip: if you are flying into LAX and wish to stay with us, we suggest you take the Van Nuys Flyaway shuttle to the Van Nuys Airport, then Uber to us from there. Will save you lots of money.

Surrounding Area: A selection of great restaurants, shopping, museums, theme parks, hiking, beaches, tours, comedy clubs, Universal Studios, theaters, TV show tapings with a live audience and more.

Safety: Yes, we are both vaccinated against Covid. We ask you are too.

Animals: We have two small dogs (chihuahua/Dashund foxtail mixes)

Amenities: POOL - Enjoy our in ground pool within a completely private fenced in backyard. Usually pool water temp makes our season from the end of May thru mid October. We do use a solar blanket. However, you can use the pool in other months if you don't mind it colder. The back yard is completely private and perfect for sunbathing and swimming (nude or not, tan line or no tan line) in our all day sun drenched pool area. Please no glass by the pool.

Amenities: Fire pit, water features, tables, chairs and a gas BBQ.

Your private room has - a TV with remote & antenna and ceiling fan. Three luggage holders, room darkening curtains. Closet, extra pillows, pillow cases & blankets. Bath and pool towels are also provided. Bedside tables with lights and electrical strip for cell phone charging. Wall light switch has a dimmer. Desk with desk lamp perfect for remote working if necessary.

Your private bathroom is in the hallway next to your bedroom. There is also a half restroom “Snow White themed” off the dining room. It's convenient for two travelers.

DRINKS: In the kitchen, for your use, there is a guest refrigerator. In the other refrigerator door you will see a filtered water and ice dispenser also for your use. Glasses are available, but only plastic cups can be used out by the pool. Never bring glass out by the pool. There is also a coffee, tea and snack bar in the dinning room.

Please conserve electricity to help keep rates down: When using the TV or any device that uses audio, always make sure the volume is kept at a reasonable level so as to not disturb others including neighbors. If you are leaving the property for any amount of time even if a short time, please make sure TV, lights and fans are off in your room.

Security: As you would with any hotel, please lock your room door when leaving the property. The code you will have to get in and out of the house is your own code. DO NOT SHARE THE SECURITY CODE - and we have security camera(s) outside for safety.
