It's one stop to Universal Studios and two stops to the center of Hollywood. Twenty minutes to Downtown L.A. and L.A. Live, and 40 minutes to Santa Monica and its famous pier and 3rd Street Promenade. Famous West Hollywood is minutes away via Uber or Lyft. There are two local gay bars and Sauna nearby. Theaters and restaurants are all around the neighborhood. Spending time out on the rooftop patio with a glass of wine is the perfect end to a fun day in North Hollywood and all of L.A.
