Nice, clean house. Great location. Close to downtown and the west side. Easy access to Hwy 101 and I-10. Ken is super nice and very interesting. Ask him about his Emmys! (Multiple) I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone

Ken could not be a more gracious and hospitable host. The house is beautiful, located in a great neighborhood and Ken is full of great suggestions on things to see and places to go. I had a wonderful time on my trip and a big part of that was because of Ken and his wonderful home. I highly recommend this to any others who are looking for a great place to stay with a friendly host.

My stay with Ken was nothing but awesome! Very charming home and he goes above and beyond to make his guests feel welcomed. Bed was super comfy and check-in/check-out was a piece of cake. His home has so much character and I was amazed by his historic Disney decor and memorabilia. Being a graphic designer myself, I thought it was so fascinating. I came driving and also didn't find an issue finding street parking. Was pretty easy finding a spot in the front. Hope to return back to LA soon!

Ken's house is located in a quiet neighborhood -- great for sleeping in -- and it's near lots of restaurants. The room and bathroom were very clean. Ken is very polite and accommodating.
