This was an exceptional experience. Ken is a brilliant host - generous, welcoming, helpful and extremely interesting to chat to. It was very well priced for a great home just off Sunset Boulevard and the room is private and comfortable. It was like staying with a lifelong friend and I can't recommend it highly enough.

Nice, clean house. Great location. Close to downtown and the west side. Easy access to Hwy 101 and I-10. Ken is super nice and very interesting. Ask him about his Emmys! (Multiple) I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone

Ken could not be a more gracious and hospitable host. The house is beautiful, located in a great neighborhood and Ken is full of great suggestions on things to see and places to go. I had a wonderful time on my trip and a big part of that was because of Ken and his wonderful home. I highly recommend this to any others who are looking for a great place to stay with a friendly host.
