Comfy place for your vacation! The whole house Is 1100 sq feet. Your room includes its own private sink and toilet. Queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. Large back yard with a private gazebo and jacuzzi. Supper easy to park! There is always plenty of street parking. If you need to can always park behind me in the driveway
State of the art kitchen gas stove, microwave, dishwasher. Nespresso coffee for your morning fix.
I had a cat adopt me with a broken leg. She is all better now but became part of the family. She goes in and out but does not enter your room. She is supper friendly and enjoys cuddling up.

No parties my neighborhood is pretty quiet and don’t want to make the neighbors mad but that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy a drink. I try to keep the hard wood nice so try to keep shoes at the door as much as possible.
