Terrific location, safe neighborhood, very close to downtown Long Beach and the freeway system. Jonathan was a sweetie, he knows a lot about the area (he's lived there for many years) and makes great conversation. The bedroom was very comfortable. The hot tub was a nice amenity. I would certainly come back again if I had business in the area.

One of the more interesting places I've stayed. Jonathan is very friendly and accommodating, and he'll talk to you for hours about practically anything! Very knowledgeable about the area as well and loves showing off all the cool techie elements built into the home.

Jonathan was a great host. He is so far technologically advanced that his whole house is truly connected to the Internet. Everything: kitchen, bathroom, all lights, even the bed itself. A wonderful getaway on a business trip for me and I will definitely be back if I'm in the area. Jonathan, thank you for being such a wonderful host.
