******** guests, if more than a party of one, are expected to check-in at the same time, unless there is a prior approval from the host. There is usually plenty of parking in front of the house. NO kitchen access (please do not open the kitchen fridge) -can only use the microwave in the kitchen. Please do not interefere with ANY house equipment outside your room (eg. thermostat, lights, wifi, electrical panel, etc). NO (outside) guests without prior notification and no overnight stay. When leaving the room please make sure the room windows are securely closed (if opened). Absolutely no lighting of candles or incense. No ebikes are allowed unless you have informed the host prior to check in. Pool rules: No swimming with street clothes or underwear. Use the towel provided to sit on the pool loungers and use the cushions (in the box nearby). If you do not know how to swim DO NOT enter the pool. Swim at your own risk - host assumes no responsibility. Please enter the house when dry. Thank you for staying with us!

I enjoyed my stay at Chris' home as my first Misterb&b stay. Was upgraded to a bigger room and bathroom upon arrival. Bed was comfortable & Chris was very accommodating to anything I might've needed. Shower was great and he had the same soap I use, which was nice. Coming and going was a breeze and no hassle for late night arrivals. Enjoyed being nude in, as well as outside, the house when the weather was nice. It was very freeing to do so & Chris was comfortable with it as well which was nice.

My husband had a tennis tournament at Cal State Northridge and we needed a close place to stay for the weekend. All we needed was a room to sleep and a bathroom. Chris' place was just what we needed.

Loved staying with Chris! His place was just what I needed. The bed was comfortable and it was nice having a mini fridge in the room. I would love to stay again!

Chris was a remarkable host. He is friendly, clean, and really made me feel at home. The bedroom had a very nice sized bathroom. There is a small patio right of the room. I sat out there a lot. There is a nice pool. It was too cold to try to get in it the first week of April. I will stay here again for sure. Anyone reading this, you should too.
