Private room in a shared apartment in the heart of WeHo. With tons of local restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores just a few minutes away walking distance, the apartment is located in the the center of West Hollywood with easy access to public transportation, easy and quick uber pick up, or a short drive to a lot of places in LA. The space is a private room equipped with a very comfortable queen size bed (that could easily fit 3) AC, 65in Tv with Apple TV, and the apartment is equipped with all the essentials and are at your disposal. All common areas and bathroom are shared, and there is a second bedroom that it’s also listed, so sometimes you might not be the only guest, however both rooms are private. I live in the apartment so even if there is no other guest the apartment is still shared with me. This is a very chill, relaxed,open minded space and I look to host guests that are also looking for a space to rest, decompress, not be loud, bring drama home or put the space at risk. There are no many rules other than be respectful with noise at night and no oversight guests without discussing it first.

There were some positives and negatives. Positives were Mateo's overall communication, walking distance to gay area (25 min) super nice/large smart TV in bedroom. Negatives were the space was not as clean and organized as the pics on the listing and parking is actually street parking which was minimal due to a crowded street. We had a work with Mateo to get a parking pass when one should have been available upon checkin.

Sorry that your experience wasn't the best Mark. Thanks for the feedback on the cleaning, despite the shower being fixed while you guys were there I tried to keep it as clean as possible. For parking I mentioned since the beginning that it was street parking so not sure why that came as a surprise? And also, I provided the parking permit in the first 30 min you were there, and I explained to you the reason why it wasn't ready. I don't recall it being a complicated situation getting it to you, so not sure why this was an issue. Thanks for the feedback in general.

Ariel is a great host. His place is conveniently located yet in a very quiet neighborhood. Clean and comfy place. Would certainly stay again.

5-star experience! The home was exactly as listed, check-in was seamless, and the space was peaceful and comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the area was both safe and beautiful. Ariel was absolutely wonderful; so helpful, kind, and welcoming. I would 100% recommend staying here!

Ariel was a great host. The apartment was clean and well appointed. It met all of my needs. The bed was super comfortable. Highly recommend. Also very convenient to getting around the city. The parking pass was also much appreciated

Ariel was a fantastic host and was very communicative before and during our stay. The location was great, and we especially appreciated his tip to take the trolley than runs through West Hollywood on the weekends and picks up near the apartment.

I had a fantastic stay with Ariel. He was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made the whole experience feel easy from start to finish. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and in a great location. I really appreciated Ariel's hospitality and would gladly stay here again.
