The Reveal
My home is in a perfect location. It is on a quiet street, but just half a block to the shops on Melrose Avenue, one block to the restaurants on La Cienega, four blocks to the clubs and bars on Santa Monica Blvd., and six blocks to the famous Sunset Blvd.
The bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, a queen-sized bed, TV and closet.
You will find all the conveniences of home, including a washer and dryer in the unit, air conditioning, WiFi, coffee-maker, etc. The condo is on the first floor of a ********it/4-story building. There is a gated area for parking under the building.

Centrally located between Beverly Hills, Hollywood and Los Angeles. West Hollywood is known for dining, clubs/bars and shopping! If you don't have a car, no problem. You can walk to several coffee shops (Urth Caffe, Joe & the Juice), restaurants, shops and bars (The Abbey, Micky's and Rage). There is a bus line a half a block away. Of course, it is always easy to get a cab or Uber. If you have a car it is just a short drive to all major tourist attractions in LA -- the beach, Hollywood, Kodak/Dolby Theater, Universal Studios, Getty Museum, etc...

Trace's place was a joy to stay at. Early check-in was no issue for him and he was always available to contact when or if needed. The room itself is fully self-contained and light. The flat itself is just gorgeous! I would definitely stay here again!

I could use many superlatives to describe Trace's home; it is warm and comfortable, fantastic location with dozens of restaurants, coffee shops, juice bars, groceries, etc. in the neighborhood. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the sincere kindness and hospitality of the host, Trace. Definitely among the best b&b experiences I have had! Looking forward to a return trip here.

Trace was an amazing host! The room was spotless, he offered coffee, easy things for breakfast. He also had plenty of tips on where to go and what to do. I will be checking in again the next time I head down to LA. One of the best stays I have ever had in a rented space.
