Hi my name is Clint and I've lived at this spacious 2bd.2br in East West Hollywood for 12years now & am familiar with every corner of our fair micro-city. Consider me your Concierge to your visit one the most uniquely thriving and pregrossive communities in the nation.
West Hollywood boasts the highest concentrated population of gay men in the world all together within city borders that fall just under 2sq miles. So...all that you’ve heard...is true & im happy to steer you in the wild direction. I am gay comedy content creator & find hosting my brothers very rewarding.
I have a son. His name is Lumpkin & proud to say I caught him once kanoodling w/ another boy cat once.
So book my listing & indulge in all sides of Weho has to offer. Please note: my rate covers the room & comes w/ one breakfast...not my time or my body. Some seem to think “clothing optional” means I’m an ****** or more like a streetwalker needing a fix to set that rate
Speaking of...whatever ur type of elixir starts a good time quicker is all good. Just pls don’t assume my lifestyle is mirrored to yours or ask if I know a guy who delivers cause I’ll just tell you hot story about a Top who does...in bed!

Welcome to Weho the Craziest place on Earth. We are brimming with culture and history just within these borders. But right next door is Hollywood and Highland. It is just a 10minute walk North. And all the Weho bars are just a short 5min drive and then there’s so much to see in the city of Angels and on the Other Side of Weho. You are in central central LA. Let’s have some fun
No smoking tobacco inside. Pls don’t bring tricks here w/o checking me first. I mean checking with me first. I’ve lived here 10yrs so I don’t wanna overhear “I’ve been here before”. anymore ...lol just kidding...sorta. I find that misterbnb guests inherently know what respect is and that comes with us being family. So come and let’s have some fun. who likes Nuttella!?

Clint is a wonderful host and does a great job to make your stay as comfortable as possible. When you first meet him, he let's you know that he will be as involved in your stay as you like, and he means it. He will let you be on your own, be your concierge or somewhere in between. Our personalities clicked, and we had a great time. I would truly recommend staying with him for a great experience in WeHo. Thanks, Clint, for a great time.
Perfect Location as so close to shops and restaurants. Target and Supermarket within 5mins walk. Great coffee shops
Friendly host
Harley was a great host... I enjoyed my stay..
The experience Authentic and hospitality was beyond others. Extremely friendly setting and the host Clint had a great sense of the neighborhood. Very accommodating with insightful interesting conversation.
I am unable to recommend these accommodations.
Room 1 in Clint's apartment was very comfy, furnished with — among other things — a large soft bed that could easily fit two people, a space heater (a warm room is a must for me when I travel, so I was delighted, though I didn't often use it because the apartment was already at a pleasant temperature) and a fan, a large desk with nearby outlets, and an ensuite bathroom (a very nice surprise) with a lovely warm shower. The location is great, about a 20 minute max walk to the hopping parts of both Hollywood and West Hollywood, with easy access to public transportation — buses proceed regularly down Santa Monica Boulevard at the end of the block, and there's a red line metro station about a 20 minute walk away, at Hollywood and Highland. The room lacked for nothing, as far as my travel needs go, and Clint insisted on giving me the full hotel treatment and wouldn't hear of me helping to change the linens and towels. Clint is a really enthusiastic, funny, energetic host, ideal for people who want to throw themselves immersively into the 24/7 experience of his colorful world. After several years of living in the area, he has extensive knowledge of WeHo and is eager to share it with visitors. Clint very kindly offered to create a customized multi-day local tour for me; I wasn't able to take advantage of it, but I imagine it would be a great option for travellers who are more spontaneous than I am. In the interests of full honesty, this rental is probably not the best fit for someone who considers their hotel room to be primarily a place to sleep. Because I booked Clint's apartment relatively last-minute (after my initial MisterB&B host unexpectedly became unavailable), I had already planned out my entire itinerary, not realizing that Clint was expecting to show me around most if not all of the time. It was really sweet of him to want to be my guide, and fortunately we were able to squeeze in a couple of nights to hang out (including New Year's Eve), but when he learned that I was going to be out sightseeing most days until relatively late, he began scolding me practically nonstop for a week, prior to and throughout my stay, for not having consulted him about things to see or places to eat. I was repeatedly asked to justify (by which I mean, he insisted these were personal failings of mine) why I had decided to eat at a certain restaurant, why I scheduled my travel itineraries in advance, why I wasn't keen to change my plans, why I wasn't comfortable riding a scooter to the bar, why I didn't want soy sauce on my wontons (I kid you not), etc, etc. It was exhausting to be put constantly on the defensive and forced into unwanted arguments. Clint also accused me of being rude when I politely turned down his kind offers of food, ie leftover fried chicken from his fridge (he was dubious that I was genuinely un-hungry because, as he put it, "You're not missing any meals."). His reasoning was that it's considered impolite in Southern culture if you refuse to taste at least a bite of your host's food. As a fellow born-and-raised Southerner, I can only say that the hallmark of Southern hospitality is to ensure that one's guests are comfortable and feel welcome — not to make them feel bad if they don't eat your food or follow your suggestions — and I'm very sad to have to say that I found this listing lacking in that regard. Clint absolutely has a point that the community of MisterB&B hosts is not only special but a valuable resource for recommendations about local destinations and the LGBT scene. However, I feel strongly that the degree to which a traveller takes advantage of that resource should be up to them. Personally, I adore solo travel, being in total control of my own itinerary, and enjoying the experiences at my own pace (however fast or slow that may be), and I would never dream of expecting my host to show me around, for fear that I would be a massive imposition. It pains me to have to say anything negative about my stay, because I enjoyed Clint's company, and helping him record TikTok videos, when he wasn't in a confrontational mood. I feel sure he didn't fully comprehend how uncomfortable these conversations made me — he seemed to regard it as nothing more than good-natured teasing and dispensing friendly advice. And I could've overlooked it, if it hadn't been incessant. I hasten to add that this experience is mine and mine alone. Visitors looking for an immersive, spontaneous tour would undoubtedly mesh much better with Clint's style, and would therefore have a dramatically different experience.
Carson, our personal history is inappropriate & not something any future guest need worry about, I often have guests jst needin a room. we had a miscom. thought u wantd tour.but u meant jst NYE aftr ur planned dinner far away u picked 3mos ago itremarkable hw u travel, how stubborn u are & how u seem2 say to yes to thngs but not(tour, scootr) I feel like its hectic & in the spirit of u being unabashadly urself. I, in turn, was my full honest self even if unagreeable. i thought overall we had a unique & positive gay male bonding mrbnb experience. btw "u aint missin' no meals" is a compliment.
We had a very nice experience, feeling home. Clint was always very nice, talkative and always taking making sure everything was fine with us. We had awesome conversations while I was there, and that made me even more comfortable. The apartment is large, with a private restroom for us, and a huge bed, a lot of space. Parking was easy and available.
Clint was a great host. He went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable and memorable as possible.
