Art Penthouse Loft in Prime DTLA (Skyline view super central)

Everything about the accommodation was fine in the beginning. However, the host did double book the unit for a party that was supposed to occur on Saturday evening in the middle of my visit. Initially, I was told that I was going to be offered a different apartment that I could temporarily use while this party was taking place. But when Saturday came around and I contacted the manager who was acting on the host behalf as he was in Europe, I found out that there was not such a unit for me and I was referred to a public space on the property as an alternate place to be during this Birthday party. So this was very much an inconvenience. Upon communicating with the host, he went radio, siren about midway in terms of making different arrangements for me during this party. So I spent Saturday night down in my car standing by for this birthday party to end. Additionally, the host preempted me having a not so positive review by stating all types of lies to me about me on his review and communications with Mr. B&B an attempt to discredit me. This is very upsetting. Everyone will have their own experience with accommodations, etc. aside from this it was an OK accommodation. And in terms of him stating that I studying next day, I was in communication with him about that and I told him that he needed to compensate me for Saturday and that I would be wanting to stay an extra day. He was not sustaining contact with me in our communications from Europe. I don’t know what he does over there that causes him to go radio siren for 24 to 36 hours but that’s what took place. And he also stated a whole bunch of lies about me and the condition of the unit, etc. they were all lies.

While the view is great and the place is nice, it was not what I have come to expect from a ******** or Booking.com location, and I have stayed at many! I have given the host all of my feedback!

Sascha's apartment was perfect for what we were looking for. We wanted a place that gave off the LA-vibe and that is what we got. Being in the center of LA's downtown, I anticipated there would be parking challenges but I was able to park on the street, in front of the apartment, almost every time I got back there.

The Gay God's XL loft exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed the city views, the local bars and the five minute commute into work. Next time your in DTLA, reserve this loft! Top tier, and definitely five stars.

Great place and location. Great response from host. All good. Book this place. Washing machine in the hall is $1.25 and Dryer is £1.00.
