From the very first moment, the check-in experience was seamless and pleasant — communication was easy and arranging the key pick-up was completely hassle-free. As a former Berliner, I can say with confidence that the flat is in a fantastic spot. S-Bahn, U-Bahn and bus connections are all within easy reach, and the neighbourhood is full of great cafés and restaurants — the street right behind the flat is a charming pedestrian zone perfect for a morning coffee or evening meal. The flat itself is cosy, spotlessly clean and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Despite being so centrally located, it is remarkably quiet at night — a real bonus. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Berlin!

Clean, quiet, convenient and comfortable - I would rent again - highly recommended

The studio is just as it is described, ample, clean and comfortable. It is in the back area of an old building in a quiet street, close to the U bahn Kleist Park and busy streets. It is a 20 minutes walk to the gay bars and restaurants in Schoenberg. Although in a neighborhood, it is convenient. The host was very responsive.

The apartment has "Berlin charm", the furniture is a wild mix. But it was super clean, not a speck of dust! Everything you need is there. The location with proximity to U-Bahn and S-Bahn and also good bus connections is perfect. Note: the apartment is on the first floor (which means "2nd floor" I suppose). Communication with Sascha went very well. We were able to check in at noon and could leave our things in the apartment until the afternoon on departure. WiFi code is on the router, that's another relevant piece of info :-) Would gladly return for a few days in Berlin!

A very well presented apartment in an excellent, well-connected location. The flat is quiet, comfy, and cozy and is situated in a lovely neighbourhood with excellent transport links to all other areas of the city, as well as plenty of attractions of its own. The host was clear and prompt in his communication. I would definitely recommend staying here!
