Very charming apartment, generous host, very clean space, welcoming drinks left and if I texted for any issues they were answered almost immediately. Also very close to two stations, excellent for airport, and buses too.

I had a very pleasant 7-day stay in this apartment. Everything was as described, clean and well organized. Check-in was straightforward and communication with Juan was always friendly and reliable. The apartment is comfortably furnished and perfect for a relaxing stay. Bus and train connections are located in the immediate vicinity. Overall, everything ran smoothly – I felt completely at home and would return anytime.

Very nice apartment, clean and cozy. Very well connected to the main sights in Berlin, including the gay ones. There is a big supermarket and a gym close-by. The communication with the host was very good. I highly recommend this apartment!

Lovely apartment in a friendly community building full of queer neighbors. It's small but has everything a couple needs. It's not in the middle of the gay scene, but there's a direct bus to Motzstraße around the corner, and the Südkreuz train station is a couple minutes' walk away, which easily brings you anywhere in the city you'd like to go. The bed is soft but comfortable. You can tell that this isn't an apartment that exists only to be rented out. It was very much "lived in." But that didn't bother us, on the contrary, this lovely community deserves to have queer people actually living in it :) Juan was very quick to respond to messages and flexible about check in and check out times, which we greatly appreciated.

Great place in a modern apartment building. Easy access to S Bahn und Bus Service. The place worked well for us and our dog. Oversized shower for German standards and a small balcony make this place a cozy option for a few days to couple of weeks in Berlin. The neighborhood around sudkreuz has also some restaurants and a vet within walking distance if needed. We would stay again if the opportunity arises. The host is fanatic and easy going.

It is a small but nice apartment. I missed the curtains in front of the windows. instead there were curtains in front of the bed which made the room look smaller. Nevertheless I had a good time there.

Juan was a great communicator and his place felt instantly comfortable and welcoming. It's in a well-connected area where getting around is super easy with trains, buses, or taxis. I'd stay again! 🌸

Excellent apartment. Good location from the city center, the apartment has everything you need for a short and long stay in Berlin. There are supermarkets and a restaurant nearby. Juan is friendly, welcoming, and was in touch all the time. I recommend these apartments for your stay in Berlin.

Everything is perfect! A very lovely small apartment in a very interesting and charming building. Complete amenities, including the ability to cook for yourself. Everything is freshly renovated. The building itself is brand new. Elevators available, so traveling with heavy luggage is no problem. Good transportation connections. Even though not centrally located, all my destinations were reachable in a maximum of 40 minutes, usually even in 15-20 minutes by bike (nextbike). Contact with Juan was very nice and everything was very uncomplicated.
