Beautiful Cozy Spot -in the heart of Berlin's vibrant gay neighborhood

Great place and great location. Stylish place and safe neighborhood. Great Publix transportation near by and everything you need can be found within walking distance. Highly recommended.

Really nice stay. The flat is new and very well kept, everything worked and it was spotless when we arrived. There's also a small balcony, great for coffee or smoking in the morning. Tons of plants around the flat, which makes it feel like an actual home. Jean was super friendly and answered our messages really fast. Would happily stay here again next time we're in Berlin.

It was really nice

I couldn't have had a better experience in Berlin than during my stay at Jean's place. First of all, he was very flexible on the day of my arrival, as my train was significantly delayed, and he showed great patience, always responding quickly to my messages. His welcome was very warm and I immediately felt at ease in his superb apartment, which has a lot of character! One of the real highlights is the very quiet balcony and the safe surroundings. Public transport is nearby, as is a very convenient supermarket just steps away. It was truly a pleasure to have stayed at Jean's, and it really enhanced my trip to Berlin, I recommend this host to everyone — thank you again!!!

What a sweet and professional host! Jean was always so kind to me from before I even booked the flat to after I left. His home is so tastefully decorated, quiet, clean and well located. He has various teas, coffees and even presented me with a little welcome gift of chocolates. The price for his flat is unbeatable. Jean offered a super late check out option which was very convenient for me. I highly recommend his hospitality <3

We spent the most delightful stay in Berlin thanks to Jean and his qualities 🥰 (he waited until we arrive after a delayed flight) The appartment is really pretty and peaceful, next to public transports. I really recommand that place and his host 🌈

The apartment was fantastic. It's very well located and really comfortable for spending a few days. It has everything you need to feel at home. It's also just a 10-minute walk from a train station, making it very easy to get around the city. Jean was very kind and attentive, and made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable.
