Very centrally located large apartment. Close to S-Bahn station Schöneb

The apartment is really great for a stay in Berlin. Located directly on the Ringbahn and U4, you can get wherever you want quickly and still get back at night. In the immediate area there are a couple of nice bars and a great pizzeria. One street over there's a discount store and at Südkreuz there are two Edeka supermarkets and a DM pharmacy. The furnishings are clean and provided everything you need. Jürgen was very responsive to all requests, thank you very much for that! What you should note: The apartment smells distinctly of cigarette smoke and is not for people who are sensitive to this. But all in all, I can unreservedly recommend a visit here.

This was the perfect place for me and my friend while we were in Berlin. It is not right in the middle of the gay are, but it is also not far from it. The place was spacious and clean with comfortable seating areas for work and socializing.

My favorite accommodation when I'm back in Berlin.

This was my first misterbandb experience and it went very well. My boyfriend and I enjoyed the apartment very much. It is located very close to the Subway which was helpful and there are multiple shops a short 10 minute walk away. The space was lovely and as advertised. Jürgen was very easy to communicate both before and during our stay. We would stay there again and would also recommend it anyone looking for a great place to stay.

The apartment is very spacious, clean, and located in an excellent area of Berlin. Jurgan is incredibly kind, and communication throughout the stay was easy and smooth. It is a great choice if you plan to spend most of your time out exploring the city. The apartment is just a five-minute walk from the train station, which makes getting around Berlin very convenient. While the proximity to the train means you can hear it when the windows are open, it did not bother me at all. At night, with the windows closed, the insulation blocks out the noise completely. I would highly recommend this place, especially for groups or for those who value having two separate bedrooms with enough space to enjoy privacy.

Jürgen's place is fantastic! The location is great for access to the U and S bahns. The suburb is really cute! The apartment is really spacious and a lovely, calm place to stay. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Berlin. I hope to return in the future.

I'm thrilled. Starting with the communication, seamless check-in, to the amenities, location, and cleanliness of the apartment. I really enjoyed it. We arrived as two people (two friends). The train station is right nearby, you can get everywhere easily. The apartment is spacious, so you can feel comfortable spending time in it. Check-in and check-out times are a dream. For example, it was no problem that we had different arrival times and one of us was able to check in early (earlier than on well-known platforms or in hotels). I can give an unreserved recommendation. Thank you.

Excellent location, the accommodation is spacious and can comfortably accommodate 4 people. Juergen was friendly and reliable, we didn't have the chance to meet him in person but phone communication was excellent. We'll be back ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
