Urban designer loft in the heart of Berlin's queer culture

Stefan's place is everything one could expect from a stay in Berlin. It is as described in the listing, well maintained and plenty of space for the 2 of us. It is close to sight all the sight seeing spots and the U stop is only a 5 minute walk. Lots of great restaurants and areas to explore nearby.

The apartment was as pictured, a lot of space and nice design. There was some street noise from the balcony side and a bit of construction around the corner. Some maintenance could have been better: a child's hand prints were on the big glass windows, some kitchen drawers difficult to open and close, several maybe half-finished lighting projects with exposed wires coming from the ceiling, the balcony was not as fresh and clean as one could hope for. When help was needed Stefan was available.

We had an excellent stay in Stefan's apartment in Berlin. Everything was perfectly in line with the description and very clean. The location is ideal for discovering the city and fully enjoying its energy. We particularly appreciated the comfort and peace of the place after long days of sightseeing. Communication with Stefan was simple and efficient from start to finish. We highly recommend this apartment and would return without hesitation.

The room is full of light, made with good sense of taste, nice small balcony to enjoy the sun in the morning. The room is spacious with a big kitchen and several options for separating rooms by moving walls. The opposite houses do have a look on your table, but you can close the curtains. The bathrooms are clean and practical. Oooh and the fridge was full of beers as a present. That was very nice! And all within a walking distance from public transport. We loved the place and like to come back.

A beautiful light filled space with everything you need for an amazing time in Berlin. The photos and descriptions don't capture how comfortable and well appointed this place really is. The place is relatively central and easy to walk to the U S lines. walk, rent a bike or scooter, to explore Berlin. Stefan and Dirk were easy to communicate with and responded promptly. We really enjoyed our stay and would return next time we are in Berlin.

Everything has already been said and I confirm, apartment more stylish than in the photos, very 50s vibe where it's nice to be calm after busy days. I felt right at home.

Great location for a beautiful apartment, true to the description. The Gleisdreieck park is very pleasant, the gay area is reachable by walking, and many other touristic sites. The hosts are very helpful and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay in the apartment, we strongly recommend it. E&S

We would come back: The apartment is ideal and centrally located as well as tastefully furnished. We would have stayed longer too. Stefan responds very quickly and provides all important information. In addition, he even purchased a Nespresso machine, which we greatly appreciated (not just in the mornings). The only thing missing for us wine lovers was a corkscrew (or we didn't find it), but we have now remedied this (minor) shortcoming for future guests.

The apartment is beautiful and in a perfect location. Everything you need is available. Great communication with Stefan as well! Would definitely recommend. Top overall!
