Mini-flat centrally located in Schöneberg

I was very impressed with this apartment during my four night stay in Berlin. The apartment was a little bigger than I was expecting. It was also clean and comfortable and easy to access. I found the design and the layout of the apartment to be unique and quirky. As other reviews have mentioned, the stairs up to the bedroom are very steep. This was not a problem for me and I feel it adds to the quirkiness of the place. However this would be important for someone with mobility problems or who struggles to manage very steep stairs to be aware of. I found the location to be excellent with nice bars and restaurants nearby. An underground station is also just one minutes walk away which allows easy and quick connections to other parts of the city. The host Christopher was very friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions quickly. I would certainly recommend this apartment.

Christian's place was the perfect spot to explore Berlin and live Schöneberg. The apartment was cozy, well equipped and very clean. Christian was easygoing and very responsive.

Excellent - 30 seconds from U-bahn station in quiet, well maintained building. Comfortable bed in loft - ceilings high enough to comfortably stand up. Big bathroom (great shower) with separate WC, both with windows to quiet courtyard. Good kitchen with dishwasher. We bought salt (there was plenty of pepper, sugar, cooking oil, paper towels, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets). Very clean! We had special extra requests which Chris accomodated! LOTS of stairs up/down, but we found it charming!

The apartment is located in a beautiful and quiet area of Berlin. The ground floor apartment is suitable for a short stay. The stairs to the bedroom area are very steep.

This flat was perfectly located. Everything you need, from supermarkets to bars, is within easy walking distance. The flat is charming. Its quirky layout makes it feel spacious and fun. It was also spotlessly clean. To add to all of this, the host was highly responsive and professional, while also being friendly.

I had an amazing stay in Christopher's apartment. Check-in was very convenient. The apartment is located 30 seconds away from the metro, making it very convenient to get anywhere. Everything was clean, and tidy. For the price, you really get a lot, and I would definitely stay here again next time in Berlin.

I am very happy getting the flat the second time! Everything was like the discribtion - perfect to spend some days. The U-Bahn is 25sec. away.

Had the pleasure of staying here during our trip to Berlin. True to mini flat style some parts had low ceilings and small spaces. But for us it worked perfectly, we managed to cook a couple meals in the kitchenette and the washer dryer combo let us keep out packing lighter. Christopher was responsive and clear. We would definitely stay here again.
