Situated in the quiet residential neighborhood of Mission Hills, this ADU provides a peaceful living environment while being conveniently close to most places. On average it is a 15 minute drive to Burbank or North Hollywood, and less than 30 to get to Santa Monica, Hollywood, and West Hollywood

What an amazing place! Super great! Clean! And convenient! Somethings important to me are washer/dryer in unit and off street parking and this awesome place has both AND more. Justin is so amazing! Helpful and always available for questions and helpful hints on the area. So happy I stayed here and will definitely do so again. Five stars all the way!!

Justin is beyond phenomenal. He is personable, helpful, caring and a great human. His place is a great spot and allows for all the privacy you want but also in a great area. If you're looking for a spot to stay this is definintely one you must consider.

AMAZING 10/10 🤩 my partner and I are having such an amazing stay we had to extend it a few night the host is super sweet and knowledgeable and helped us have a better stay , would definitely stay here everytime we come to LA
