If your already familiar with our studio or a curious first-timer, The Pig Pen LA offers the freedom and privacy to explore and capture your fantasies in a safe, welcoming, and versatile space. Our studio is available for mutil hour rental or extended multi day rental. Pricing varies between private or commercial clientel.

The studio includes:

A versatile main floor with a variety of props, comfortable furniture, and unique backdrops equipped with state of the art lighting to create the perfect mood for every visual esthetic. The main floor also has a full kitchen with bar counter thats perfect for events or parties

The second floor features a sound proofed loft with artist gallery featuring original works of art by local artists. There is an king, queen, and twin sized beds for intimate scenes and a suspended swing for visual artists creative enjoyment. There is also a projector and theatre sized projection screen

Guests are encouraged to bring their own props, equipment, and gear

IMPORTANT DETAILS

Every guest must sign a liability waiver before entering. This can be signed at the door or digitally by scanning the QR code provided in the photos. The renter is allowed up to 5 additional guests (6 total) for free. There is a charge for every additional guest. There is no substitution of guests, every new guest is counted. If you wish to host a group larger than 6 people or plan an event then there is an entirely different rental process. You can get information by contacting the host.

You are the entire studio for private, short term, and non- commercial use.

A $100 ******** is required and returned after checkout, provided no damage or loss has occurred. --

We are located in the Mid-City neighborhood of Los Angeles. We are a block from 10 Freeway so and a direct route to or from Palm Springs. We are also a quick 10 minute drive to West Hollywood, Hollywood, LAX Airport, Inglewood or Down Town LA. We are a 5 minute drive to Culver City and 20 minute drive to the valley.
