This place was a total find. Check-in was super easy and smooth. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed -- a special mention to the lovely tile work throughout, especially in the bathroom (seriously, I'm still thinking about it). The deck was the perfect spot for morning coffee. And I loved having the chance to visit with Doran — such a warm and thoughtful host. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and stylish stay in Pasadena!

This was a great place to say. Doran was super helpful and a great host. The bed was firm and comfy and the place was very spacious. Shower had great water pressure and the AC kept the place cool. This is unit is also very conveniently located to the highway and was always about 20mins or less to get to or from most popular destinations. My only word of caution would be that the driveway is small and narrow just off of a very busy road. So if you are renting a vehicle I would strongly suggest a smaller car. Larger vehicles like vans, SUVs or trucks would have a very hard time getting in and out of the parking area, especially if you aren't accustomed to the more aggressive city driving. I would definitely stay here again!

I had a nice stay at Garvanza Attic. It's centrally located in an older part of LA. There are a lot of cool places to eat in the area. I coordinated my stay with Doran. The whole process was seamless. Doran provides easy instructions, and communication was great. He answered all my questions super quickly. I'd totally stay here again.

Enjoyed my stay here very much. The apartment is modern and charming and the host was friendly and helpful. Location worked well as a base for exploring LA (Hollywood, Beverly Hills, DTLA, Getty Center, LA County Museum of Art, etc...) and was an appealing destination in its own right with many restaurant options in the area. Highly recommended!

I had no idea how beautiful the city of Pasadena was. This location is extremely relaxing and truly enjoyable. It's a spacious apartment in a very quiet neighborhood. If you enjoy privacy and want to unwind...this is the place. The host is friendly and professional and will communicate with you to ensure you are having a great time. This place is a hidden gem!
