Take a scooter to the beach and be there in less than 10 minutes or take a 20 min stroll to Shoreline Village- Public Transportation is easy with just a short walk to the Metro The condo is a 2bed 2bath in a secure building, right in the heart of downtown Long Beach - Me and my partner occupy one bedroom and I am renting the other guest bedroom mainly on weekends but we are flexible with dates- it’s a queen size bed and guest has their own bathroom in the hallway. Really quiet and cute place. I’m located in a very walkable area - 5 blocks from Pine Ave with all the restaurants and stores and (-6 blocks to the ocean/ Queen Mary and Aquarium - must be dog friendly - on occasion we are able to rent out our entire place so please inquire if interested-
