This condo is nestled in the historic Wilmore City district of downtown Long Beach- 1 mile from the Pike Outlets and LB Convention Center. Take a scooter to the beach and be there in less than 10 minutes or take a 20 min stroll to Shoreline Village- Public Transportation is easy with just a short walk to the Metro The condo is a 2bed 2bath in a secure building, right in the heart of downtown Long Beach - Me and my partner occupy one bedroom and I am renting the other guest bedroom mainly on weekends but we are flexible with dates- it’s a queen size bed and guest has their own bathroom in the hallway. Really quiet and cute place. I’m located in a very walkable area - 5 blocks from Pine Ave with all the restaurants and stores and (-6 blocks to the ocean/ Queen Mary and Aquarium - must be dog friendly - on occasion we are able to rent out our entire place so please inquire if interested-

We love traveling and absolutely love living in Long Beach! Love the outdoors- hiking, going to the beach, swimming, bike rides. Always up for trying a new spot in LA and just getting lost in the city. Huge foodies here! Love studio cycling and staying fit as well. :)

We had a great stay with Nicholas. The apartment was in a secured building in a convenient location to local sights, the beach, bars and restaurants. The apartment was clean and maintained. Our room was comfortable and we had our own bathroom. I would highly recommend him as a host and we would definitely stay there again.

I highly recommend this listing. Nicholas and his partner are so nice and welcoming. They answered many of my questions and ensured I had a good time in Long Beach. The apartment is well-located and very comfortable.

We ended up not staying on first day due to no A/C. We tried to make the most of it, and even invited Nicolas to join us for a drink, but he declined. It was a very awkward experience from the moment we arrived. We felt like we were invading their space - no house instructions on what was permitted. We didn't even know if we could use fridge or get a glass of water. Although we didn't stay any of the days, given heat, we have not been offered any kind of compensation (we've asked twice)

The place was a great location. Walking distance to everything of interest in Long Beach. Very homey space. ******** was not around but communication was very clear and easy.
