The neighborhood of Sherman Oaks is a very affluent & vibrant area of Los Angeles in a very peaceful setting surrounded by multi-million dollar luxury homes nestled between Studio City and Encino, both very wealthy areas. Celebrity sightings are very common in local coffee shops, theaters, restaurants, park, gun and malls. Our home is within a 5 minute walking distance to Ventura Boulevard which is a very famous strip where all the fabulous shops, restaurants including he iconic Mel’s Diner, Sherman Oaks Galleria, the ArcLight Theater, 24 hour fitness & Equinox gyms, nightlife, bars and entertainment can be found. The Corky’s Restaurant & Karaoke Bar is also within a 5 minute walk at the end of our street. You may recognize the restaurant in several blockbuster movies including the most recent one with Halle Berry. Our home is also within a 10 minute driving distance to the world famous Universal Studios & Citywalk in Universal City/Hollywood. The iconic Hollywood Sign is within a 10 mile distance and there’s a special hiking trail that we take that we can share with you to get as close to the dig as possible. Beverly Hills is 8 miles away and downtown Los Angeles & LAX Airport are a 15 mile drive from the house. The beaches of Santa Monica, Venice Beach and Malibu are also within a 15 mile driving distance and Disneyland is about 40 minutes away.
