Our home is w/in a 7-mile drive to Universal Studios Hollywood, 15 miles to SoCal beaches & LA airports. Along w/two spacious living rooms, a media room, a game room with a pool table & foosball table, a chef’s kitchen, a formal dining area and a breakfast nook, indulge in the tropical backyard oasis with an above ground pool, lots of fruit trees, gazebo lounge area, you will absolutely enjoy your stay in this luxury million dollar estate! We are a down to earth young gay couple in real estate and interior design & are looking forward to meeting you and we hope you have an amazing time in our home for your LA retreat! We take great pride in our home and always keep it clean and conducive for an awesome relaxing stay. Your private room has its own mini refrigerator, microwave, secretary desk, smart TV with cable access to TV shows and free unlimited movie channels such as HBO, Showtime and Cinemax. It’s also setup for complimentary Netflix, Hulu & Disney+. The home has been remodeled & staged with elegance & sophistication. The common areas in the home are two spacious living rooms and a fun game room with a billiard pool table and foosball table, guests also enjoy access to 3 bathrooms in the house, a beautiful chef’s kitchen area and a fabulous backyard with fruit trees and tropical plants, a relaxing patio furniture, an above-ground pool, barbecue grill and outdoor bar area. Scott & I are available for guests with any questions you may have or recommendations on where to go and what’s fun to do in the area. We are in real estate as a profession so if we’re not home we are available anytime should you need us by text, phone call or email. Your room is equipped with all the necessary amenities to a fun relaxing stay and be able to enjoy as much privacy as you need.
